 Native People Are Among The Most Likely To Die of COVID-19 

The Navajo Nation will be getting its first shipments of COVID-19 vaccine in a few days, said reports on Saturday, December 12th.

The Indian Health Service (IHS) will be shipping vaccines to be stored in deep freeze for use by members of the Nation. The Navajo have been under 57 hour lockdown on the weekend. A total of 19,420 Navajo have had coronavirus, and 718 have died as of the second week of December.
