Over 1,200 Doses Of Vaccine Administered Already in The Copper Valley As March Rolls Around Again

1,213 DOSES OF VACCINE
CRNA gave the Journal a brief report of the status of the local Covid program. As of March 12th, 755 "first doses" and 458 "second doses" had been given out to local residents. The estimated population of the region is between 2,000 and 3,000 people.

6,500 COVID TESTS
A total of 6,500 tests for Covid-19 have been administered in the Copper Valley since the pandemic began a year ago. This averages several times over per person.

REPORT FROM JIM GODIN, CRNA'S  INCIDENT COMMANDER
The uniqueness in our response is attributable to the level of dedicated service CRNA has been able to provide throughout this difficult time.

It’s also important to consider how different things could have been in our region without the efforts of our frontline workers and the willingness of the region’s peoples to be part of the solution to the pandemic. We’ve been able to offer responsive testing and vaccination while keeping patients safe.

Vaccination efforts demonstrate the commitment of everyone in our region as we continue to book our vaccination clinics to maximum capacity. We have worked diligently with organizations and stakeholders throughout our community to offer testing and vaccination services in the interest of ensuring we emerge together from this pandemic as an example of success.

I have been equally impressed with the leadership of our Tribes and their commitment to continue the tradition of caring for this region.
