Press Release

Copper River Native Association

April 15, 2025

Coming Summer 2025

We’re excited to announce a major upgrade ot the way you access care at CRNA.

It’s called Central Registration, and it’s designed to save you time, reduce stress, and give you more control over your appointments, all in one place.

Whether you’re visiting Behavioral Health, Wellness, or Primary Care Services, your experience will be simpler, faster and more connected than ever before.

What Is Central Registration?
Central Registration is CRNA’s new patient access system that will let you

• Check-in online or at a kiosk
• Get appointment reminders by text, email or phone
• Give feedback after your visit

You will soon be able to manage your care from your phone, tablet or computer, either at home or at CRNA.

At this time, Copper River Native Association (CRNA) is also undergoing reorganization aimed at streamlining operations, right-sizing and improving budget management. This initiative comes in the middle of industrywide uncertainty for healthcare service organizations.

This has resulted in concerns from the public about potential federal government budget cuts and service disruptions. CRNA’s decision to reorganize is driven by internal effort to continue to align us to our Promise Statement and to increase efficiency to ensure long-term stability.

These efficiencies include role consolidations resulting in reductions. Primary Care remains a vital part of CRNA’s operations and revenue; therefore all patients will still have the same level of health care service.

If you have any questions, please call the Human Resources Department at Copper River Native Association at 907-822-5241.
