On 06/12/2025 Glennallen AST received a report of harassment.
Investigation revealed that Allen Cummins, age 34 of Copper Center, made repeated threats of death to a domestic partner and another family member through telephone calls and electronic messages. An arrest warrant was granted, and Cummins was placed under arrest for Assault in the 3rd degree and Harassment in the 2nd degree and held on a $1500 bail.
