Older People Are Most Likely To Die From Covid

The Elderly Already Know The Benefits Of Vaccines For Polio & Other Killer Viruses

The effort to stem Covid-19 deaths by vaccinating the elderly has led to massive numbers of protected people, in only a few months. By April 20th, 2021, America had rapidly hit 200 million doses of administered vaccines. Over 80% of Americans over 65 years old have willingly taken at least one shot.

People over 65 tend to be on board with the vaccination program. This age group is well aware that they're the ones most likely to end up on ventilators struggling to breathe if they come down with the virus, and that they are statistically very likely to die a lonely, tragic death.

For almost all people over 65, vaccinations have always been a normal part of everyday life. Smallpox, polio, measles – they're all terrible viruses that have been essentially conquered within the lifetimes of Americans, thanks to modern medicine and routine vaccination programs.
