Glennallen Girls Get To The Semifinals With Strong Playing At The March Madness Playoffs

On April 1st, the Glennallen Girls had a great game in the March Madness Playoffs, beating Davis-Romoth 43 to 22 in the Quarterfinals of the 2021 2A Girls Basketball Playoffs.
Semifinals:
Glennallen Girls Fall To Hooper Bay, 30 to 23
The next day, the Panther Girls' Team fell to Hooper Bay, 30 to 23, in the Girls Semifinals. It was an exciting and close game. By the end of the 3rd Quarter, the Glennallen Girls led by 6 points.

Glennallen Boys Also Beat Davis-Romoth, Then Fall To Tikigaq In 2A Boys Semifinals
Quarterfinals:
Glennallen Boys Beat Davis-Romoth, 67 to 46
The next day, April 2nd, Glennallen fell to Tikigaq, 76 to 47. Tikigaq had previously had a very strong showing against Scammon Bay in the Quarterfinals, 72 to 34.
The March Madness 2021 ASAA/First National Bank Of Alaska 2A Boys Basketball State Championship was held April 1st to 3rd at Palmer, High School, Wasilla High School, Colony High School, and Palmer Middle School. It was hosted by ASAA and the Mat-Su Borough School District.
