About... "This Week In Copper River History" 

Here's a brief look at what was happening this week in the summer of 1991, in the pages of the Copper River Country Journal

That summer, travelers were visiting the George Ashby Museum. It's still open, many years later, and you can go by and check out the displays and learn more about our community.

Current museum hours are 10 am to 3 pm, Monday to Saturday, and 1 pm to 3 pm on Sunday. For information nowadays on the museum, call 822-5285.
