On 10/18/2022 at approximately 1421 hours, AST received a report of DV harassment in Mentasta. Upon investigation, there was probable cause showing Raymond Frank committed the crime of Harassment 2 against a household member.
Raymond was arrested and transported to Glenallen Post to be held pending arraignment.
