On 09/12/2026 at 0024 hours a Trooper conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation near mile 183 of the Glenn Highway. The driver, Halen Ryland, had a revoked license with prior convictions. He was also on conditions of release to not drive. He is being charged with DWSOL and VCOR.
