Troopers Say Man Accused Of DUI & Misconduct With A Weapon After REDDI Report Near Mile 126

On 07/24/2023 at approximately 2116 hours, AST received a report of a REDDI near mile 126 of the Richardson Highway of a Silver Ford F-150 crossing over the center line. 

AST located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. The driver was identified as Mark Aden, age 51 of Oregon. 
Investigation revealed Aden was driving under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest. 

Aden provided a sample of his breath on the Datamaster resulting in .214 BrAC. Aden is being held at the Glennallen State Trooper Post on the charges of Driving Under the Influence and Misconduct Involving a Weapon 4th.
