The Glenn Highway will be FULLY CLOSED from 11 pm to 5 am on Sundays through Thursday nights says DOT, due to construction at the Kings River Bridge, Milepost 66 to 67.2 

The Department says that section of road will remain open on Friday and Saturday nights. 

Crews will be working from 7 pm to 7 am – and sometimes as late as 11 am – on Sunday through Thursday. Travelers can expect pilot car operations with 30-minute wait times from 7 to 11 pm and 5 to 7 am. 

Drive with caution over the gravel road, which has no center stripe. Expect changing road conditions throughout the project area. Also, be alert to a reduced speed of 45 mph. 

It sounds as if this situation will be ongoing until further notice.
