On 9/11/2022 at approximately 1925 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to Mile 108 of the Richardson Highway for a disturbance.
Investigation revealed David Nicholas, age 36 of Copper Center, punched the back window out of a family member's car. David was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree (DV) and transported to Glennallen Post where he was held until arraignment.
