On 08/03/2023 at approximately 1806 hours, AST received a report of a motor vehicle accident near mile 117 Glenn Highway. AST responded and contacted Tony Kronos, age 39 of Eagle River.
Investigation revealed Kronos was under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest for DUI. Kronos refused to provide a sufficient sample of his breath on the Datamaster once at the Glennallen State Trooper Post. Kronos is being charged with DUI and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. He is being held at MAT-SU Pretrial on a $500 bail.
