Not long after a Trooper Report was posted recently, saying that Paxson Lodge had been broken into, someone has begun placing protective siding on the front of the building.
The lodge – long beloved by locals – has been abandoned for many years. Its paint is peeling, its inside is gutted, and windows are broken.
This photo was taken on Thursday afternoon, September 19th, 2024. There apparently was nobody present at the time.
