Driver At Traffic Stop Near Mile 115 Of the Richardson Found In Possession Of Meth, Troopers Say

On 06/19/2026 Glennallen AST conducted a traffic stop on an ATV near mile 115 of the Richardson Highway.  Investigation revealed that Michael Harris was in possession of methamphetamine, driving on a highway with a revoked driver's license, violated conditions of release for an open criminal court case, and violated conditions of felony probation.  

Harris was placed under arrest for Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances in the 5th degree, Driving While License Revoked with prior convictions, Violating Conditions of Release, and a Probation Violation.  Harris was tranported to Glennallen AST post to be held until arraignment.
