On 08/22/2026 at approximately 1425 hours, a Trooper conducted a traffic stop at mile 187 of the Glenn Highway due to the driver not wearing a seatbelt. Ian Wetherhorn of Valdez was arrested for driving with a cancelled license and five counts of violating conditions of release.
