Troopers Say DUI At Mile 188 Glenn Traffic Stop

On 08/13/2026 at approximately 2148 hours Glennallen AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation near mile 188 of the Glenn Highway in Glennallen.  Investigation revealed that the driver, Jule Harle-Heim age 39 of Girdwood, was driving while under the influence of alcohol.  Harle-Heim was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to Glennallen AST post where she refused to provide a sufficient breath sample to the data master.  Harle-Heim was charged with DUI and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and later released to a sober party on her own recognizance
