Troopers Say: Vehicle In Ditch On Tok Cutoff Led To DUI, Probation Violation Charges

On 1/24/22 at approximately 2020 hours Tok AST located a vehicle in the ditch near mile 119 Tok Cutoff. Investigation revealed Vanessa Murphy, age 36 of Slana, was operating the vehicle after consuming alcohol. 

Murphy was also found to be on probation for Criminally Negligent Homicide in case 3GL-16-00070CR, Murphy was arrested and transported to Tok AST. Murphy was later transported to FCC and remanded on 1 count of DUI and 1 count of Probation Violation with bail to be set at a later time.
