Oklahoma Driver Charged With Weapon Misconduct & DUI

On 08/15/2022 at approximately 2137 hours, AST received a report of a vehicle in the wrong lane of travel at mile 9 of the Tok Cut Off. AST arrived with EMS and located the driver slumped over the wheel. The driver was identified as Ashley Williams, age 50 of Oklahoma by is driver's license. 

Investigation revealed Williams was driving while under the influence of alcohol and prescription medication while in possession of a firearm. Williams was charged with DUI and Misconduct Involving a Weapon 4th. Williams was released to a sober party with a date to appear in court.
