Ava GreyBear, Mother of Edward GreyBear

 

Ava GreyBear passed away in the spring of 2021. She was from Chitina, and a  member of the Naltsiine clan of the Ahtna people.

 

Ava GreyBear started working as Tribal Response Coordinator at the Copper River Native Association in 2013. 

 

The local recycling program, ROAR, would like to present the following tribute in honor of her life. She served as ROAR Board President for 5 years.
