On 8/15/22, Palmer AWT contacted Matthew Roster 36, YOA, of Wasilla, AK, at Palmer ADFG. 

Investigation found Roster had harvested a sub legal Dall sheep in the Nutzotin Mtns.  Roster had harvested a 6-year-old sheep that was not full curl.  

Roster was issued a summons for Take Sub-Legal Dall Sheep and given an arraignment date of 9/21/22 at 1430 hours in Palmer District Court.  The Dall sheep horns and cape were seized as evidence and the meat was given to a local charity.
