44-Year Old Chistochina Man Arrested For Violating Conditions Of Release, Say Troopers

On 10/30/2022 at approximately 1854 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance in Chistochina. During the investigation Shawn Sanford, age 44 of Chistochina was located within the residence. Sanford had an outstanding Anchorage Police Department warrant for failure to appear with an original charge of DUI. Sanford also was on conditions of release for a previous DUI case in 2021.
Sanford was placed under arrest for his warrant and charged with violating his conditions of release. Sandford was transported to the Glennallen State Trooper Post.
