Conditions Of Release Not To Consume Alcohol, Troopers Say

On 10/28/2022 at approximately 1911 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near mile 110 of the Richardson Highway. During the stop AST noticed the back seat passengers had blood on them. One of the passengers provided AST with a false name but was later identified as James Peterson, age 25 of Mentasta. 

Further investigation revealed Peterson was on conditions of release not consume alcohol and provided a BrAC of .218. Peterson was arrested and transported to the Glennallen State Trooper Post pending arraignment.
