On 02/13/2023 at approximately 2005 hours, AST received a report of a single vehicle roll over near mile 171 of the Glenn Highway.
Investigation revealed Jacob Heeren, age 36 of Valdez, had been consuming alcohol prior to driving. Heeren was uninjured from the crash and submitted to SFST's, ultimately failing and being arrested for DUI. Heeren provided a sample of his breath, resulting in .227 BrAC.
