On February 10, 2023, at approximately 2257 hours Tok EMS and AST responded to a report of a juvenile not breathing in Mentasta.
Despite lifesaving efforts, the juvenile was pronounced deceased by EMS. Next of kin was notified. There was no indication of foul play and investigation is ongoing, pending autopsy results.
