On 05/20/2023 at approximately 2350 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a Blue Chevy Aveo for an equipment violation near mile 107 of the Richardson Highway in Copper Center.
The driver was identified as Tristin Harvey, age 26, of Kenny Lake. Investigation revealed Harvey was driving under the influence of alcohol. Harvey was arrested for DUI and provided a sample of his breath resulting in .084 BrAC. Harvey was released with a date to appear in court.
