State Of Alaska's Official Copper River Census Area Count Shows Significant Local Covid Cases 


August 19th, 2021:
The Department of Health & Social Services said that 2,193 Alaskans were reported as having Covid in the past week. "Increases in cases were widely distributed across the state," the DHSS said. 
 
Of local interest, here are the Alaska Department of Health Reports for the Copper Valley, counted at the end of each of 4 weeks: 

July 26th: 31 cases
August 2nd: 17 cases
August 9th: 8 cases
August 16th: 3 cases 

TOTAL FOR 4 week period: 59 Copper Valley Covid Cases
