On 10/07/2021 at approximately 2059 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a REDDI report that Elaine Sinyon was intoxicated and passed out in her vehicle near mile 31 Tok Cutoff in Chistochina.Troopers responded and observed Elaine traveling southbound on the Tok Cutoff. A traffic stop was conducted and investigation revealed that Elaine was DUI. She was arrested and remanded to Glennallen Trooper Post pending arraignment.
