Citizen REDDI Report Leads To Tok Cutoff DUI Arrest, Troopers Say

On 10/07/2021 at approximately 2059 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a REDDI report that Elaine Sinyon was intoxicated and passed out in her vehicle near mile 31 Tok Cutoff in Chistochina.  

Troopers responded and observed Elaine traveling southbound on the Tok Cutoff.  A traffic stop was conducted and investigation revealed that Elaine was DUI.  She was arrested and remanded to Glennallen Trooper Post pending arraignment.
