On 06/26/2022 at approximately 1300 hours, Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted Rigoberto Lugo, of Anchorage, near the Copper River Bridge in Chitina.  Investigation revealed that Lugo caught and retained two king salmon during a period closed for king salmon fishing.  The kings were seized and Lugo was issued a minor offense court summons.
