KCAM'S Michelle Eastty Has Married

Michelle Eastty Marries Canadian Social Worker September 2nd, 2023

Michelle Eastty and Randy Ricci (Wedding Site, Michelle & Randy)

Michelle Eastty, who worked for KCAM for years, and moved to radio station PsalmFM in International Falls, Minnesota in 2021,  got married on September 2nd.  Michelle first worked at KCAM in 1997.

She met her new husband, Randy Ricci, while interviewing him about hockey. He lived across the border from Minnesota in Canada, according to their wedding site. Randy Ricci is a social worker in Ontario, and his father was a founding pastor of the radio station where Michelle now works, according to the site.

Randy got her to go out with him by offering to take her where she could sample a Canadian dish, "poutine", the site says. Poutine is considered, by Canadians themselves, to be both a classic Quebec dish — and a comic commentary on Canadian cooking.

It consists of French fries covered in gravy, with "cheese curds" on the side. Cheese curds are moist pieces of curdled milk.

The wedding site said that Randy is applying for a visa to move to the United States as a permanent resident, and that he intends to sell his house in Canada. The couple is looking for a new home in International Falls, Minnesota.
