Alyeska Security Truck In Delta Strikes Moose, Then Hits Crowley Fuel Truck Head-On

On 1-2-24 at approximately 2018 hours, Delta Junction AST received a report of a motor vehicle collision near 230 of the Richardson Hwy involving a moose and a head on collision. 

AST responded and investigation showed a Pipeline Security truck struck a moose while driving northbound. 

This caused the pickup to go into the southbound lane striking a Crowley Fuel semi truck head on. There were no injuries as a result of the crash. 

The semi was able to drive away from the scene. A tow truck responded for the Pipeline Security truck. A charity was contacted for the moose.
