Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, is telling all of us who own smartphones (which his company invented, promoted and sold to us) to put them down and go back to Nature.

On March 17th, 2026, Cook told people to stop using their phones so much. "This is not how you want to spend your day," he said. "Go out and spend it in Nature."

The iPhone was invented in 2007, right before a major world-wide stock market crash. By 2026, there were a billion iPhone users across the world. In the U.S., Apple holds over 50% of the smartphone market, with around 143 million users.

NOW YOU TELL US!

But Hey. The Rich Are Not Like You & Me...

“Let me tell you about the very rich. They are different from you and me. They possess and enjoy early, and it does something to them, makes them soft where we are hard, and cynical where we are trustful, in a way that, unless you were born rich, it is very difficult to understand. They think, deep in their hearts, that they are better than we are because we had to discover the compensations and refuges of life for ourselves. Even when they enter deep into our world or sink below us, they still think that they are better than we are. They are different.         - F. Scott Fitzgerald
