Something Fishy

As The Worm Turns

Social media view of a hefty little nematode in a Filet-O-Fish as seen on the web.

Here's a story from the outside world. Someone was eating a Filet-O-Fish at McDonald's (the fish filets are made of wild-caught Alaskan Pollock) and ran across one of those little threads you find in wild fish.

The affronted eater put a picture up on Reddit, and got back responses that it was "totally normal."

McDonald's responded to the fray, by writing that it “maintains rigorous quality control measures for the Filet-O-Fish patty.”
