37-Year-Old Glennallen Man Arrested On Multiple Charges In Copperville Assault, Troopers Say

On 07/29/2022 at approximately 0014 hours, AST received a report of an assault that occurred on Copperville Road in Glennallen. AST identified Stetson Conway, age 37 of Glennallen as the suspect. 

While AST was conducting an interview with a victim, Conway arrived on scene and began to resist arrest and became confrontational with the investigating Trooper causing the Trooper minor injuries. 

Conway was ultimately detained by multiple Troopers. Investigation revealed Conway assaulted two family members and damaged property within the residence. Conway is being charged with Assault 4th/DV x3, Assault 4th on a LEO, Criminal Mischief 3rd/DV, Resisting Arrest & Disorderly Conduct. Conway is being held at MAT-SU Pretrial with a $5,000 bail.
