It's Official! CRNA Nurse Michelle Long Makes Best Chili In The Copper Valley

 Hands Down, Michelle Long's "White Chili" Sweeps Chamber Of Commerce First Place Prize 

Event Was Held At Gulkana Village Hall 

Chamber President Jordanny Sutherland's daughter, Aurora, was a big fan of the White Chili.

The Great Copper Valley Chili Cookout Was Held Thursday night, January 25th at the Chamber's 11th Annual Chili Cookout.

Michelle Long's chili won without debate – with 53 votes.  Kayla Bruno came in second, with her "Road Kill Chili". 

And third was Travis Morrison, with his Moose Meat Chili. 

Over 40 people braved the weather, and twelve brought their chili to the event, held at a balmy 18 Below Zero on Thursday night.
