Glennallen Towing is turning the area around Al Slemseks' old office building into a new place to work on trucks and store the company's tow trucks during the winter.

According to Catherine Veriline, this is a good solution because  "the building that we're renting right now is splitting apart; the ground underneath is sinking."

It's a big project. She added,  "We're going to clean up all those cars out front and get rid of those and get it nice."

Glennallen Fuel & Towing has already demolished the old trailer that was there. The little building that Al once worked out of has been moved over into a different section and they're using it for storage. It will not be demolished, she said.

The new activity on the lot has caused a bit of a ruckus. "We've gotten a lot of attention," said Catherine. "People have stopped and taken pictures. "
