Troopers Report DUI In Copper Center

On 07/18/2026 at approximately 2155 hours Glennallen AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Brenwick Craig Rd. in Copper Center for a moving violation.  Investigation revealed that the driver Timothy Bippus, age 48 of Biggers Arizona, was driving while under the influence of alcohol.  Bippus was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to Glennallen AST post where he was later released to a sober party on his own recognizance with a future court date.
