On 09/19/2021 at approximately 1454 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report that CPR was in progress on an 84-year-old male who collapsed near mile 2 of Lake Louise Road. Glennallen EMS responded but lifesaving efforts were unsuccessful. The man, identified as James Collum, of Anchorage, was declared deceased. Next-of-kin was on scene and immediately notified.
