On 07/02/2023 at approximately 0035 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a Red GMC Suburban near mile 113 of the Richardson Highway.
The driver was identified as Ryan Whitehead, age 37, of Georgia. Investigation revealed Whitehead to be under the influence of alcohol. Whitehead was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and submitted a sample of his breath resulting in .262 BrAC. Whitehead was released to a sober party and a date to appear in court.
