On 07/07/2023 at approximately 1501 hours, AST received a REDDI near mile 60 of the Richardson Highway. AST located the vehicle and identified the driver as Shawn Brown, age 44, of Valdez.
Investigation revealed Brown to be under the influence of alcohol. Brown was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and submitted a sample of his breath resulting in .144 BrAC. Shawn is being held on a $500 bail in Glennallen.
