27-Year-Old Glennallen Man Arrested For Driving ATV At High Speeds Down Middle Of Richardson

 Troopers Say VPSOs & Troopers Involved In DUI & Refusal To Stop

On 7/25/2022 at approximately 1558 hours, Village Public Safety Officers (VPSO) responded to an ATV driving at a high rate of speed down the middle of the Richardson Highway. VPSO’s attempted to contact the male driver but the ATV would not stop. 

Troopers and VPSO’s located the ATV a short while later at residence in Glennallen. Investigation revealed Henry MILLER, age 27 of Glennallen, was impaired by alcohol. 

Henry was arrested on scene for driving under the influence and transported to Glennallen Post for processing. Henry was given a criminal summons and released to a sober party.
