On 8/8/2022 at approximately 2043 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a male passed out at the wheel near Mile 164 of the Richardson Highway. Investigation revealed David AMBROSIO HERNANDEZ, age 21 of North Pole, was impaired by alcohol. David was arrested on scene and transported to Glennallen Post for processing.
He was held at Glennallen Jail and released once sober.
