Alaska had more women killed by men, per capita, in 2020 than any of the 50 states.

The homicide rate for every 100,000 women murdered by males in Alaska is 3.43. By contrast, the national rate is 1.34 women murdered by men (often domestic partners)  per 100,000. 

Over 2,000 women were murdered by men in America in 2020, the organization says.
