On 09/19/2022 at approximately 1000 hours, AST received a report from a family member stating John Merrick, age 57 of Kenny Lake was on their property after previously being trespassed and advised of the trespass.
The family member also advised John had been sending large amount of inappropriate emails. John was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd/DV and Harassment 2nd/DV. John was transported to Valdez City Jail with no bail pending arraignment.
