Longstanding Problems With Alaskan Infrastructure Stem From Isolation, Distances & Rural Life

The American Society of Civil Engineers, using an A-to-F standard school report format, has assessed America's – and Alaska's – infrastructure. 

Alaska did not fare well. The Alaska report for this year weighs in at C. Some areas, including "drinking water" and "wastewater" both were very near flunking. As was "energy."
