On 12/08/2024 at approximately 1905 hours, Alaska State Troopers came across a vehicle that was driven into the ditch on the Richardson Highway.
Upon further investigation, Craig James Hebert, 54, of Copper Center, was arrested and charged with DUI 2nd Offense. Herbert was remanded into custody.
