*MEETING NOTICE: CRSD MIGRANT ED PARENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC) MEETING
January 13th, 2025 - Dinner at 5:00 pm; Meeting Begins at 5:30 pm
Good Afternoon CRSD Migrant Education Families:
Tsin'aen for participating in our last Migrant Ed meeting in October. We truly appreciate your time and dedication to the Copper River School District.
Per the Committee, please accept this invitation for the CRSD Migrant Ed Parent Advisory Committee Meeting on January 13th, 2024 at 5:30 pm.
In preparation for the meeting; we are working to prepare a meeting packet. The meeting packet is attached to the calendar invite and will be sent in an email . If you would like a hard copy of the packet, please send an email to ahicks@crsd.us requesting a packet to be put together for you. **Our ultimate goal for this meeting is to meet your new officers, review PAC Guide & Bylaws (DRAFT), budget review & FY26 allocation input, review MEP student academic data, Comprehensive Needs Assessment discussion, and review Close Up Applications & Essays. We highly encourage you to submit public comments electronically to ahicks@crsd.us by January 10. 2025 AND attend and propose suggestions at the meeting.
All MEP Family Members are welcome and encouraged to attend the meeting as your schedules and availability permit.
This meeting will be held hybrid – in person at the District Office Board Room and virtually through Zoom teleconference.
Please RESPOND to this email to confirm your attendance for catering purposes. If confirmation is not received, we will assume you will NOT be attending and only place meal orders for those who have RSVP'd
Attendance for this meeting is important and timely to the success of implementing and proceeding with school matters.
