We want to inform our valued patients that Juliana Abreu, our Physician Assistant, has left the CRNA healthcare team. We thank her for her dedication over the past years. If you have upcoming appointments with Juliana, rest assured we'll be in touch to reschedule you with another provider. Your healthcare needs remain our priority.
For any questions or to schedule an appointment, please call our Primary Care administrative office at 907-822-5241. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in CRNA. We're here for you every step of the way.
· CRNA Urgent Care is currently set to operate until May 18th, 2024. Following May 2024, we will conduct a thorough assessment of the program's impact and effectiveness. This evaluation will inform our decision on the operational sustainability of the program. Our commitment is to ensure that our healthcare services evolve in alignment with the needs and well-being of our community.
· Dr. Hugo is currently available and taking Physical Therapy appointments in our Wellness Department. Chiropractor Dr. Hodgson begins seeing patient April 3rd. To schedule Chiropractors or Physical Therapy please call our Wellness office at 822-5241
· CRNA Medical Services has all Covid-19 vaccinations available. Vaccination schedules can be discussed with a Primary Care Provider.
