"The Legislature passed the final version of Senate Bill 140 by a combined vote of 56-3 following intense negotiations," the Juneau Empire said. Governor Dunleavy will hold a press conference Friday, March 15th at 11 am in his Juneau cabinet room to try to justify this unpopular veto.
