On 01/01/2023 at approximately 0641 hours, AST received a report of a family disturbance near mile 96 of the Richardson Highway.
Investigation revealed David Daugherty, age 37 of Copper Center remained in an ex-girlfriend’s residence after repeatedly being told to leave and physically assaulted her. Daugherty was arrested for Assault 4th/DV and Criminal Trespass 1st/DV. Daugherty was transported to MAT-SU Pretrial.
